Syncing the Desktop App and Dashboard
“Time I worked on the desktop app is not appearing on my dashboard.”
If you’ve tracked time on the desktop app and it’s not showing up in your dashboard, chances are that your application hasn’t been synced with the system. The Monitask app automatically syncs with the internet, but unstable internet connections and other network issues could prevent Monitask from syncing at the given moment.
In the bottom left corner of the desktop app, you can see the time when the app was last synced with the internet.
At the top left corner, you should see a circular arrow icon. Click on it to refresh the desktop app and sync it up with the internet again. You should then the see the updated time in your dashboard.
